Every TRITHEL assignment is regarded as unique, as no two organisations are exactly the same. Therefore, we tailor our approach to each client’s needs, goals, culture and circumstances.
The common aspects of our consulting approaches are:
- Understand and agree customer requirements: We work with the client’s CEO or Senior Management Executive to have a clear understanding of what the customer’s requirements or problems are, and the business context of the assignment, to ensure that our products and or services are delivered, right first time, to the client’s specifications.
- Submit a proposal: A comprehensive, priced proposal is, then, submitted to the client for review, discussion and acceptance.
- Deliver without exception: Our word is our bond to our client. Every assignment is delivered one hundred percent, as promised within schedule, barring any unforeseen circumstances. The ‘project leader’ takes full responsibility for the quality of the product outcome.
- Form partnership with clients – We interact closely, on an ongoing basis, throughout the life of a project with our clients who are practically required to take active part in project implementation, as a way of their assuming ownership of the project outcomes; and also ensuring that the knowledge and skills acquired become resident and lasting in their companies.
Manage Client Relationship – Our client is our number- one priority. Therefore, we strive to manage our client relationships on the basis of mutual respect and trust, and close follow-up on their activities in the market place. As necessary, we provide support, at all times.
We respect our clients’ privacy and preserve confidences. We never discuss about our clients. The backbone of our customer relationship is the ability to follow-up to ascertain how our products are being used in the course of our client’s day-to-day activities and the impact they have on our client’s organizational results.
